I've just been reading through the latest 'Life Story' of Hilary Duff and have foundthe answer: Rumours spread that Hilary's song "Haters," was about Lindsay Lohan stealig her ex, Aaron Carter. Hil told MTV that the song was actually her idea and it had to do with all the rumours and lies people kept making up about her. She also felt that girls her agecould relate to backstabbing and how cruel kids can be in school
