i only got the raise your voice dvd the other day and i watched it and it made me cry so much :sad: did anyone else like the movie? if someone else has done a thread like this im sorry

I saw the trailer, and it was like the typical teen movie, nothing new

I thought it was great. I never saw a trailer and was expecting it to be one of those happy teen films, but instead, I was crying through most of it lol. It showed off Hilary's acting in a different light though, it showed that she can play more variety than just the happy teen characters that she played in Lizzie McGuire, Cheaper By The Dozen etc.

I didn't think it was one of her best - the best obviously being Lizzie Maguire!! But it was watchable & I enjoyed it.

it was a good movie though.. and there werent as many awkward fake scenes like in cinderella story.. which i also liked haha.

I think Hil duff is a great Actress and she is good but I think (and I've probably ssaid this before) she always seems to play the same sort of character J-lo does it to they are both (and I'm not being mean cause I think Hilary is GREAT) kind of Predictable

It's not a best movie, but I like it. Actually I love watching most of Hilary movies..

omg i love raise your voice so much!! it made my cry though!! it was so nice to see hilary in a really serious movie!!! aww it was so sweet! ive watched it heaps! everyday for 2weeks in the hols hehe! it is amazing!!!

I liked raise your voice. It was really good to see hilary duff in something a bit more serious. it was a pretty good movie
