Hilary Duff is still at No. 1 on the billboard charts even with a "51% second week decline".
First week she did 208 000, this week shes got 101 000.

The decline was expected because of the hurricane and such hitting the states, but staying at number 1 is very good! Hopefully this time Hollywood will release a second single from the album!
