Have to disgaree, I'd rather she came back at the right time for her and the music style, rather than just please fans for 5 minutes. If she did a Lisa, as you say, then we'd hear one song, before she disappeared again and thats worse than not coming baclk AT ALL.

I hate to say it but as much as i want her to come back...i cant see her being successful. Look at the others out there...rachel stevens, jo omeara and lisa scott-lee...all of their most recent entries have been OUT of the top 10 and some out of the top 20 and 40. If Claire went solo she'd most-likely suffer a non top 10 placing as well. Pop is not in anymore...its that indie rock stuff thats selling.

We spoke in the taxi about this... if say next sping / summer she does something it could work.

As long as she puts 210% into it, which I have no doubt that she will anyway.

You also don't know what sound she'd go for, she said to Robert that she wouldnt do all ballads cause she knows it wouldn't sell.

She should go for a sugababes sound...

Cool pop that shows off her voice. Although I love a good ballad, she'd never make a career on JUST ballads, which is why shes needs a different sound.
I was gonna say she shouldn't rush it...but..well, shes not exactly rushing anything at the moment lol!

but RnB, rap n rock has took over the music style. so im glad westlife, girls aloud etc are still going with pop. rachel stevens came out of a pop group n went solo straight away and she does pop music and she has had a number 1 with some girls and i think her new single will do well aswell:)

ooh going by the last couple pf posts sounds like shes, on the come back trail some time?, agree with you there water gobling glitter she never really had time to do her own thing/ be an adult as she was in steps @ 19,they * from what i can gather* rarely had a day off, same as when she was working with h, worked non stop so she just been chilling and taking it easy for the last couple of years, dont blame her.
