OK so I saw the showing of the episode over here with the Dolls thing. He basically gets some new girl prepped for the show by doing her hair & before that has to go auditions & he pretty much acts like Simon Cowell & narrows down the girls to who has what it takes to be a 'doll' he then gets HOOKED on the song 'Don't Cha' and you see him singing to it & playing it on his cell haha it is so funny. Anyway the show is interesting & I especially liked this episode hehe :bleh:
