Could it be that stacey has a tatoo?
U can c in DTMYS on channel4 that she has like a lil hart shaped tatoo on her left arm...it could be just paint or a sticker or sumthin.

I always thought it was a cut myself but I could be wrong!

Man she looks good!

Under UK law it would be illegal.

Tattoo artists are not allowed to tattoo anyone under the age of 18.

It's the Tattoo & Minors Act 1969.

Popworld is on Channel 4.
Weird as it sounds I think the mark is more likely to be from an injection!
I remember at school we had a jab for something in our 3 year which was about when we were 13-14 so the age bit is quite close,it was a nasty one from what I remember and it leaves quite a mark on your arm,I still I have a scar from mine and so do other people I know.
I dont know if they still do this sort of thing in UK schools anymore, maybe someone here knows,I have to say I cant remember what the inoculation was for at the time, but it was a big needle and it leaves a big mark when it is done, sort of a mini crater that is about 6-8mm (1/4 inch) ,seriously.

I did see it on the Popworld vid,and it is definetley in the correct spot to be the same vaccination I had when I was at school.
Like I said I dont know if they still do this at schools anymore but she could have had it done by her own doctor.
The mark it leaves does stay for quite and while at it is possible for it to still be there all through the DTMYS promotion they did.
Be interesting to see if it is on anything earlier than these or anything new when it is shown.
Noisy,do you remeber having it at school?

BCG probably thats about the place where the injection takes place, for a lot of people it never heals properly and scares for life.
It might not be in some of those pictures due to makeup! ;)

Its definitely a BCG - mine took about 6 months to disappear fully, although you'd have thought they would probably have covered it up with make-up or something.

my birthmark went away after i was 10 -_-. it was this big red blotch on my left hand and it looked like a growing tomato. i mean, it was RED and BLOODY looking. now its just tight wrinkly skin -_-.

or those marks could be those needles u take when u were small. I think u take those every ten yeras or something and they leave like a mark, either looking like a crator or a lump of skin coming out. and those marks are permanent. But it depends, cuz when i took it when i was small, i never had a mark. However my two friends have either a lump or a crator. weird. forgot what it was called. <_<

it's definetly not a heart shaped tattoo. but it looks like a little heart shaped lump (pretty good for a mark) with concealer on top of it! :)

See this (http://www.immunisation.nhs.uk/vbcg.html)
Also mentions the fact that a small mark/scar may be left that may takes months to fully heal.
