Faye's Two New Songs

She does loads of recording, shes never stopped doing that just we dont get to hear most of it. I am SUPPOSED to be getting the song she's done for Lady Godiva soon but this is faye we're talking about so i might have it for Xmas.......2010!

it would be really great to see more of faye shes a talented lady an i think if she was to release something it would be like a breath of fresh air an whats the music industry needs same goes for claire richards as well.

Im guessing theres gonna be a soundtrack yeah. Tho faye plays a club singer in the film so maybe its just the song she sings in it. Im not too sure, all she said was shes gonna send it to me.
Im also gonna look into putting a couple more of her proper tracks up. Ive got a Cd with 9 songs on it but at the time Faye said I could only share secret room but to be honest I dont think shes gonna be useing any of them now, theyre years old so we might be lucky. I'll have to ask her.

Oh yeah she is Lady Godiva, but in the film Lady Godiva is a club singer.

yeah sadly the best one and the one i really want to put up is probably the one I wont be allowed to. But im pretty sure a couple of the others are dead in the water.

im not really that keen on them but they aren't really Fayes songs are they ;). Although it is nice to hear Faye singing something fresh and new!!

I love 'Take Me Under'. Clever lyrics, ambient production and a simply divine, smooth and emotional vocal from Faye. The key change at the end is chillingly brilliant.

This might not be Faye's song any more than something from Saucy Jack's, but either way it's fantastic to hear her voice isn't going to waste.

Not that keen on the new tracks. Take Me Under is quite good and Fayes voice is sounding great but I would rather hear the songs Carrie has to be honest.

The 2 I really wanna put up are called "Sweet Revenge" and "waiting for you ". I think maybe Sweet Revenge will be ok, its the one she wrote about the split ( ish) but Waiting for you I know is one of her favs ( as it should be coz its the best one imo) so we might not be lucky there.

LOl, did u think I meant one of the songs already up is about the split? I would hope not, Take me unders about suicide and the other one starts " nick nac paddy wack give the dog a bone" lol lol. Plus Faye didnt write them, like I said theyre not hers.

Some are quite rocky like Burn( which a few people have heard coz she did it at her gig in manchester a few years ago) then theres really poppy ones Like Vertigo. Theres a couple of balled ( sweet Revenge is one) and theres some almost R&B ones. Ones called " real" which for the recording ive got, got made quite R&B but ive also heard it as Rock which is the version I prefer.

Managed to get copies of the Plastic Cinema songs and stuck them on my mp3 player. Have been listening to them all day and tthey have really grown on me!
