The USA isn't getting I Don't Need A Man. We are getting Wait A Minute featuring Timbaland. The video is due in September, and the song will hit radio stations later this month.

To my knowledge thats just a rumor. I think it hasn't been comfirmed yet about I Don't Need a Man in the US, that's why I am asking. But the Wait a Minute release has no credible proof yet. It was only listed at uncredible sources. Unfortunately, you can't believe everything you read on the internet. :( But it would be cool if it will be released.

EDIT: Just a thought, why would they not release I Don't Need a Man in the US, if the Behind the Scenes of I Don't Need a Man was aired on a US show (CD USA)?

So far, I've only 'officially' heard of one video being shot, with the other going staright to US radio, with no plans of video. But who knows, only the girls themselves, and their management can solve this discussion..

I'm with you here, no-one has yet given me an official source on a website or somewhere to say "Wait A Minute" is a single, and if "I Don't Need A Man" is a European single was the behind the scenes shown on a US TV Program ... doesn't add up, if anything everywhere is getting I Don't Need A Man.

How could someone create the page and make the information. I am not saying it is 100% true, I am just saying what I know, AND Wikipedia is right most of the time. Also, the blog is on PCD's official website.

I think what they are trying to say, is that you cannot trust everything you read on Wikipedia. They have been saying that Wait a Minute was the next single since Don't Cha, if you have been keeping up on it (At least since November). All we do know for sure, is I Don't Need a Man will be the next single is the UK. Thats all I have found on the Blog on the offical site. No mention of Wait a Minute. True it has been playing on the radio, but not everywhere, just like previous songs have too. Like buttons, was on the radios along with Beep and Wait a Minute since stickwitu came out, or so fans have heard. I think what Magic was saying was that there are so many rumors about the future plans of PCD, that you really shouldn't get excited because of a rumor. Until its verified, it may just end up disappointing you in the end.

It was just like the Dang, Work That clip. Everyone at first was saying it was PCD, and eventually it was confirmed that it wasn't, and well people got disappointed. Or, the vodafone special was supposed to be a full concert footage, or so the rumors said, and people got disappointed that it was only 6 clips plus a lot of great interviews. I know I am saying this because I don't want people to get their hopes up, if it really doesn't have any "real" proof that it will be released. Thats all. You are welcome to believe it. It may very well be true, if it is, I am sure everyone will be thrilled. But, its better to not say it is for sure, unless there is any evidence (that comes from a good source) that it is true. At least a link to a site to say/test whether it is credible or not.

I am unsure. All I know was that it was a demo played for PCD for the next album, (but not them). And I think it was a reject. So probably some no namer.

I heard it was supposed to be on there, but I am curious too. Maybe a B-side finally. I know flirt was a B-Side, but it was an old B-side from Asia. Maybe a new one, like that song they recorded for the "dolls" comerical that was never released. :)

i can confirm my friend is australia local radio station has been playing "wait a minute" and my friend said it's getting 30-150 votes per night on the countdown.

I can also confirm my friend in the UK,has been hearing lots of people requesting 'wait a minute' on radio stations and he's heard dj's play it when it's not requested also. i have also heard of people in america requesting it 'wait a minute' on the radio.

So it is actually getting alot of airplay especially because it's got timbaland on it. I'm sure when more and more people start requesting it on the radio and it enters the World chart or billboard chart,pcd's management would probably make a music video for it.

so? airplays doesnt fully confirm that it would be the next single honey and just becasue it gets so many votes just so the song gets played means people like the song and not because it will be offically be released and i have heard other people requesting songs (on the radio) from artists and those songs are catchy but they never get released

and to be honest i aint going to believe that Wait A Minute is the next single until it is official as these are still rumors and honey im not saying your lying but unless you can prove that one of the girls or one of their management says that "yes Wait A Minute Man is going to be the next single then yes i'll prob fully believe these rumors
