Im sorry but I have to say S Club 8 could have existed and have been an equal success without hannah. No singing or dancing talent. She was bloody useless. She looks like someone in a beginners class in most performances, and for the lovers im afraid there is very little to back the girl up.
I believe she has no plans to return to the industry.................thank god

Fair enough but you try singing and danicng infront of thousands of people when you're 11!

And she must have been good or else they wouldnt have chosen her

she must have been good. maybe not with dancing but if her and Aaron were last to join the band then they must have thought she could sing. Aaron was probably choosen because he's such a great dancer.

Aaron is excellent. Not a great singer but still excellent.
Can someone please tell me what did hannah bring to the table and where?

Hannah was picked because she was cute. She brought nothing to band beside that and even then she become chubby towards the end and she lost her cutness. Aaron may not of had a great voice but he has charm and when he turns it on dancing wise he made you watch him as he is great at what he does.

Hannah sang on the records, you can distinctively hear her doing the echoes on the majority of singles. I doubt 19 would have wasted money on bringing someone in that didn't need to be there....

i agree i don't know why hannah didn't get any leads and yeah she wasn't a great dancer but they picked her for a reason. the original concept was for 7 kids to be the mini version of S Club 7 then why would they throw out the rule book and pick hannah if they didn't think she could sing or that she would just cute. they could've just picked aaron only if she wasn't that great of a singer

She probably didn't want any leads, I don't think 19 are that vindictive in giving everyone else a solo and leaving her out.

Well.. Who knows what happen in the record coy.. Only the clubbers and the production crew knew.. Maybe they thought Hannah is not well-received to deserve a solo part.. I was hoping to hear her sing though.. She was my fav gal.. So sweet.. :) But well.. It's all in the history.... No more S CLub 8...

I doubt they would have picked her just for that, it costs a lot of money to take someone out of school thus hire a tutor, a chaperone, pay wages. Record companies try to keep costs down not artifically increase them.

She didn't get her chance it was always Frankie and Calvin but I think Jay and Stacey were the better singers.I think so aswell, but I always though Rochelle sounded best after Stacey and then Frankie. I also always though Calvin was best after Jay.

Hannah filled in the chorus I think that if they had been planned to sing live then Hannah would have been an essential part for chorus while the others do more harmonies.

Hannah does sing solo twice in Whereever your Heart Beats its just that her voice has lot of sonud effecton it but you can tell its her as none of the other girls sound like it. She sounds quite good not as fragile I thought it was going to be.
