Eva's debut gets certified Gold
Despite the lack of promo from Eva's management and record label the album has sold better than previous Canadian Idol winners.
Eva's debut album, Somewhere Else, has been certified Gold in Canada for sales of over 50,000.
For comparison, previous Canadian Idol, Melissa O'Neil, took an extra 3 months to gain Gold Status for her debut release.
