Stacey: R'n'B Summer Sensation...

Recording her first solo single this summer, Stacey McClean is the set to be the next big R'n'B female artist in the UK. She was also the next in the James Nader celebrity photomontage project.

Stylist Jade Sprowson had various well planned looks for Stacey, Red Carpet Glamour was the first which saw Stacey draped across luxurious black material in a stunning black dress with silver and gold detailing. Make-up artist James Malloy chose a natural look to compliment the look.

The second was cool and casual which saw Stacey in mid-length denim shorts, a red off the shoulder top from Paul and Joe and a cream waistcoat, guitar in tow this look will be the basis for Stacey's montage.

The next look was natural and feminine, a cut out cheesecloth dress against a floral backdrop made for one of the most successful shots of the day.

The shoot lasted for a full day with many more looks, Stacey was a natural model and the results were fantastic.

on the second link she looks, well, very good indeed in pics 1, 8, and 9.

my reservations would be:

(1) the site bills her as "former s club junior" - i wouldn't expect them to point this out if genuinely high hopes were being held about her as an artist [i appreciate that this is only a photoshoot but...]; and
(2) his list of other clients (http://www.jamesnader.com/celebrities.html) for photos isn't exactly a "who's who" list, with "pete" from last year's "big brother" seemingly the big draw.

I agree, that isn;t very promising.
Neither are all the spelling mistakes :bleh: Suddenly S Club has become S Cub and Big Brother is now apparently Big Bother :lol:

Nevertheless, she looks amazing (though a lot different to her S Club 8, and even I Dream, days) and she's definetly got the voice to make it in the industry. Let's just hope song choices, promotion etc. can work in her favour if she does release anything :)

I think Stacey will have a good musical career. She may not become the next Beyonce, but I believe that she has enough talent for the public to recognize and eventually love her. Ever since the S Club 8 days, their fans have been able to separate her range and tone talent apart from the group and openly embrace it. Hopefully it will be the same when she releases this anticipated album.

So if she's just recording during the summer she should be done by now, and then her CD will probably release later this year... hopefully...
