Summer here we come!!!
What is up peep-ulll??
Wow, I figured it was time for me to give you an update on my existence, since it's been quite a while since my last blog. Thank you to all of you sending me comments and messages! You guys know it's really hard for me to reply to everyone, but I do my best, and please keep in mind that I'm reading all of my messages! Mwa mwa :)
Ok, so the rest of the tour went amazing, got to perform out west and visit tons of different towns and cities, fun fun fun! My last show of the tour was on April 17th, in Gatineau! So I got to end my tour in my hometown, that was pretty wicked. Then I stayed there for a little while to REST and to spend time with my family and my friends. It felt sooo good to actually have some time off! Stay in bed 'til whenever I want, stay out as late as I want, chill out with my best friends who I've missed so much, yay!! I also got to spend lots of quality time with my little cousin Elizabeth, she's only 9 months! Cutest little baby EVER. I adore her, she's awesome. My mom and I did lots of bonding as well, we even took a trip to Cuba together :-) It was amazing, we went to Varadero for a week, and just did NOTHING. Rest, read, swim, tan, eat, sleep. The good life ;) I didn't even feel like partying of whatnot, just wanted to REST.
Then came back from Cuba, and did more chilling out with my friends, then not too long ago I had a photoshoot for the Aldo/Spring back-to-school campain! So watch out for me on those ads ;) The shoot was in Mtl, so I got to visit some of my friends who live there while I was in the city. Yay! Mtl is wicked, one day I'd like to have a place there.
So yeah! In a nutshell, that's what I've been up to this past month. For now I'm back in good ol' T-dot, working on a few upcoming projects, and trying to enjoy the summer! Isn't the weather wonderful these days?? Mmmmm love it :)
I've also started working out again, so I feel healthier and in better shape, it's a really good feeling to have. Oooohhh but that reminds me of a little incident that occurred last month. Hahaha. Ok so I was biking with my aunt on this really cool trail in the Parc de la Gatineau, which is right behind my house in Hull, and we were going at a pretty good pace. Then at one point I wanted to break, but instead of hitting the right one I hit the left one first! So of course the front wheel is still fully spinning, and the back one stopped. So you can guess the rest, lol... yup, flew off the bike and did a 360 in the air before crashing on the ground - in those stupid little rocks, grrrr! Luckily I wasn't badly hurt, and thank God for helmets, but let's just say I'm still a little bruised all over, and it took me a good 20 minutes to get back to my senses. Aaaah good times! My aunt was scared as hell lol. It's a good lesson thought... :P
