I remember reading somewhere that it was released in some areas of the world, the video was just the live performance from the DWAD tour, but what I read might have been inaccurate so ...

It was released in France.. and yes, the video was the performance from DWAD Tour... I thought it was known to many...
I even wanted to ask in point of time last year whether it would have been on a Britney's Greatest Hits in the future... But since it's only a french release, don't think it'll ever be included except maybe in France...

My friend went to Paris and couldn't find the CD, but it was my favourite track from the 3rd album, and would have been better here than 'I Love Rock & Roll'

oh and it was used in a VIOS ad in taiwan or sth i believe so it was getting pretty heavy airplay an video play over there
