need help

i know it's a bit off topic but it has something with s club 8 songs. i was trying to record songs of S club 8 and then suddenly i got this error that say dispatch error and the parameter is incorrect. i have do idea what parameter mean! Can anyone help me? I try to find some info on google and I only find this.
