You dont need diff pc's to generate different IP's,
It depends on the ISP whether it allocates a static or dynamic IP when you connect to the internet.
Thats why when IP numbers are used to ban a user, all it really does is bans the user for that session, and can also inadvertantly ban another user on the same ISP at a later date.
