Calvin and Frankie

I think it's agood idea to make two members of the band sing apart (although it could have been Hannah with someone else that never sings).
Furthermore, I think Calvin and Frankie will be the only members to make a solo career. But don't you think, (and I'm not into gossiping at all) that everything is "made" to make us think that they can be a real couple ? Frankie is leader of the girls, Calvin leader of the boys, they the two most popular members of S Club 8, they make shows together and even songs dreaming, don't steal our sunshine and make a change. What do you think ?

It does seem that way at times, basically 19/polydoor/fuller or whoever pulls the strings, think that Calvin is the most good looking boy with good voice combination, and Frankie is the most attractive looking girl with good voice combo. So they are putting them together in the hope that it will pull in the fans from both sides of the gender camp.

Still preferred them performing as SClub8. Infact if memory serves me well, wasn't their first song One Step Closer the only song that has involved the most solo pieces from the group. Example.... nearly everyone got to sing their ditty in OSC.

Yeah they could be together but the problem is that the others (like Stacey with her good voice) seem to be forgotten.

I hope Calvin and Frankie will make solo careers and not a duet as H and Claire did. (It would be so ridiculous).

Yeah but we all know it's gonna last very long.

I don't mind about them splitting up, I just want a third album and a gig before their story ends.

I do like Frankvin, but I like it better when it's all of sc8 together. I think Calvin, Frankie, Daisy and Jay will all have solo careers since they have amazing voices.

surely if they wanted sclub8 to b successful they wud release a single with the whole group.. :cry:

But that wouldn't really work... That's basically saying, "We're releasing a single as S Club 8..." when really they are releasing it from "I Dream" soundtrack.

They probably choose Frankie and Calvin for one of two reasons:
A) They are the most popular members out of the cast.
- or -
B) They sound good together.

What's the answer? Nobody knows 'cept Simon, but it kinda doesn't matter. The single isn't doing as well as we hoped... :(

but, look, i think they're trying to see wich one of them sells more singles, they tryed all the band singing and it did not work very well, so they're trying with some of the band, and if anyone realized Stacey and Frankie sings Sundown, Rochelle and Frankie sings Fool No More, etc.... they're trying with ( almost ) everybody, so calm down and wait to see who will sing the next single, ^^
