I have always loved Calvin more, his dress style n voice (especially since it broke) more so than his extremely good looks. I don't care about his money or nethign like that. Infact even thou i am gay, i don't think i wud WANT him like that. He is the kind of guy i would love to have as a friend.

Aaron looks good yeah, but somehow, Calvin seems to just have more of a pull as has been said b4, even towards other guys.

Now Calvin is most likely as str8 as a ruler and i don't think he wud appreciate this thread and neither wud Aaron.

I had heard that Calvin is more of a guy's guy than for the girls too. I spose it's something that someone in his shoes can't really come out about because of his age and stuff! But is his decision in the end and he has to do whatever's right for him - whether he's gay or not!

I do reckon some of the postings to this thread are a bit intolerant though! People being disturbed etc... i don't think that's fair or right!

Exactly, I wouldn't believe anything like that which was posted on a discussion board. Rampant rumours don't do anyone any good, and more often than not, aren't true.

I don't really see how this thread can be any more 'worrying' than the whos the best looking girl poll from December. Of course it might not exactly be helpful to speculate about what the boys are and aren't into but even if they both don't have any interest in guys surley this thread is quite flattering to them?

Exactly. ;)

BUT, I think the point is that it's unfair to say thing about Calvin which are purely based on two-minute interviews and three-minute performances. No-one here knows Calvin personally, so I think it's unfair for anyone to presume what he may or may not be. Don't get me wrong, I certainly wouldn't complain if here were gay (or bisexual) but that's his business, not ours.

i'm not trying to make this into a big thing, but if i was gay then no i wouldn't be insulted but because i am straight,i would be VERY insulted.So it just depends on the person.But personally i think Calvin is straight and probably would be insulted if he read this.I'm not narrow minded and i'm not trying to insult anybody!

im sorry. its just that ive read so many threads about the same thing ppl thinking that any guy in a guy/girl band is gay. ie. ateens, s club 7/8, jump5, scene 23, etc. im really sorry if i offended anyone.

Jeez...try to think how might sound to others. As far as locking this topic or putting it in the adult section, even teens need to start addressing the world as we find it and accepting people regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. Calvin's sexual orientation is his own private affair, although most people certainly want him to match their own orientation - wishing doesn't make it so, but doesn't hurt anyone either. Calvin's in a band and I'm sure he's happy to have more fans and he doesn't care what their background is as long as they buy his CDs.

I personally don't think Calvin is gay or bi-sexual. When I would watch S Club 7, I always thought Jon acted gay. As you guys said it, he was really gay. Well, Calvin acts nowhere near gay. He drools over too many girls, and you can tell it is no act. He's not trying to hide that he's gay, because he isn't gay. Do you know how many boy groups get the rumor that one of them are gay? NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, Aaron Carter, Dream Street, Hanson, etc. have all gotten the "gay rumor". Trust me. EVERY male celebrity gets that rumor, so this is just one of those nasty rumors. I've been to loads of SC8 Web sites and I have yet to see that Calvin is gay plastered all over them.

And you know how girls have female idols that they look up to? Well, believe it or not, boys do as well. They look up to a male who is greater than them. Who has accomplished something that, for example, Calvin loves. Such as singing. Will Young seems to be quite popular over in the UK. At the risk of starting a flame-war, I really doubt a teacher would say that. And if they did, perhaps you should give me their name - they should be reported for saying something like that about a student. ;)

Sorry a teacher from his old school, not his actual teacher.

I have no proof, but i know, still even if she is that doesn't mean he is, he may have simply been mis-interpreted, and no-one can know for sure until he comes out and says it.

But to be honest, i couldn't care less, if he's gay- he's gay there's nothing we can do about it, and there's nothing wrong with it.
