No,but if someone else took it it is technically their property and you shouldn't use it without their consent.

No, I'd never seen any of those before! But then again, I haven't seen that many pics of Frankie anyway.

She looks really tanned in the first one, compared to the second - but the second is really nice, she just looks like a normal girl instead of a "pop star" but she still looks pretty.

As for the pic on the first page, I'd seen it before but it is rare! I'd seen it before the so-mesmerized gallery existed, so I wouldn't worry about it...besides it says on their site you can post their pics other places right? You just need to credit them and that's what the tag on most of their pics does. You just can't take off tha tag. If you got the pic from some place other then somesmerized and it just happens to be on their site as well, I wouldn't worry about it.

yeah you're allowed to post pictures from our site as long as you credit certain ones (ones with tags, caps, scans or any that were donated to our site.) the reason why nobody has been getting an email back is because we're on hiatus. something is wrong with our gallery so we can't add anymore pictures until we figure out what is wrong. :(

I totally agree with you!

I have no idea where to find rare or exclusive pictures, I just have to wait patiently until someone nice posts some at any of the forums I visit. Sadly, they're usually covered in large tags and I can't see the pics properly :(

I don't really understand why so many people adopt the, "I have rare SC8 pictures but I'm not posting them" attitude. We're all SC8 fans, we'd all like to see the pictures. Why be selfish and keep them to yourself?

Alright, if they're "exclusive" and you post them then they won't be so exclusive (obviously) but so what? I don't get it...

Anyway, rant over, I'm totally going off topic here!

I don't really classify them as rare, but if people post them, they'll say, "These are exclusive to me" or something. Rare pics are basically ones that can't be found in many places, and pictures which not a lot of people have seen before.

I don't know why they can't post them, there isn't any reason why they can't -unless the person who owns the pics has told them not to. But some people are just selfish and refuse to post any rare pics they have.

They shouldn't expect anyone to post pictures on any forums. It's all take and no give!

^ ya thats true, its either they take them and they don't give them or they don't give them at all and they don't take any. but like i said, i don't have any, its usually the people who live in the UK that have the pics coz its where the band lives and stuff.
