Do you mean the top she wore while performing "Welcome To Avalon Heights" yesterday?

I don't think it's a dress because she was wearing jeans - it's the same top she wore at Hamley's.
This is the one you mean, right?
http://www.sclubbers.co.uk/images/totps233.jpg
I don't really care if she wears low tops, she's not a child any more. Her clothes are basically the same as any other girl her age. But I've seen people in other forums talk about her in that top and the words "push", "up", and "bra" were used...

i agree it suits her style and i the top she wore on smile one time, the top that daisy was wearing at hamleys, was really nice on frankie! i loved her necklace as well. frankie looks nice with what she wears. and she always seems to choose the right clothing most of the time...except in my opinion sometimes when she goes to premieres..

I agree, it's not like she's 13 & it really is what other girls her age are wearing if they were going out or just generally want to look nice - which I think she does.

Haha, because it's so obivious she's wearing a push-up bra! After seeing her in her bikini on the show, it's obivious her bra is padded too. But I don't really care if she's wear a padded, push-up bra, heck I own one. But her shirt's kinda ugly, possibly too low cut cuz it is super low in the center because if you cut off bottom it would easily double as a bra. I think that's what I don't like about it, the fact that the top of her top looks like a bra and not a top. Not to mention the bow is ugly. But if she wants to wear it I think it looks alright it's one of those tops that depends on your chest size...if it had been someone like dear Hannah then it would of been a little too much!

I think you mean "grumbling" ;)
I don't think anyone really has a problem with Frankie's clothes. The only issue is if her younger fans (like 11- and 12-year-olds) see her low tops and buy some for themselves to copy. I think most people would be a bit shocked at seeing a pre-teen in clothes like that.

Well do you think their mothers will aprove of that either? Even if so, it's not like if you're wearing a low-cut top that you think, "Oh my... Will children copy me?" Oh course being in the music industry, you should be more careful of that, but I'm pretty shure that's not the first thing that comes to mind. I personally don't find her clothes that distracting, she wears what all female teenagers wear, plain and simple.

When you get older, you start to want to feel sexy... Frankie is clearly a sexy girl, but wearing "showy" tops, isn't that extreme. They are low cut indeed... But tell me this, what's wrong with low cut tops? Children are not going to be allowed to wear those kind of tops anyway, let alone... Have you ever seen a children's shop selling a low cut top like Frankie's?

Eurgh, even if it was 2 revealing she doesnt pick the clothes. The stylist does so she cant really chose what she wears even if she does have some imput on it
i think this is a silly argument, this is the truth, the reason why she wears them kind of clothes is shes on TV she wants to get noticed by guys and look abosolutely stunning. Im sure it will make her feel good about herself and boost her confidence on stage. If you were on TV youd want to look your best too.
Most girls i know are like that, short tight skirts and reveling tops when going to partys.
I did not see it as such a big deal at all until this topic was brought up.

Well, it was her decision to wear a tight, low top on TV - I'm not saying that justifies us talking about her, but you know what I mean.
She's deliberately drawing attention to her boobs by wearing a black top with a big, bright pink bow right there...

It's not a bad top, kinda revealing but it also just kinda odd her showing so skin but the others still dressed like kids. That was the same thing at the Lord of the Rings premiere, Frankie, Hannah, and Daisy were dressed really modestly and in long sleeves while Rochelle was wearing a tube top and Stacey was wearing a lacy lingere type top. It'd be better if they were all dressed like it was the same season lol, like at the 19 management party they were all wearing sleeveless tops.

I think Jay's best looking out of the guys right there. Calvin's blazer is way too oversized for him... But Aaron's a close second. Jay wins me over by his shoes, lol. I love those Converse of his!
Rochelle and Stacey do have blazers/jackets in their hands, :P.
And Hannah is showing a little something something, lol. I think her outfit is the most creative out of the bunch. I really liked how it's a conservative outfit, but then she adds a little bit of pop with that turquoise. So the top hat and suit make it look conservative, but at the same time the colour and the little bit of clevage makes it just a bit more sexy. And hello, look at those pumps! Fabulous! :woot:

i think that it is a little showy, but then again like someone said before, it's no different from things that lots of girls her age are wearing regularily. she looked really good in it, and if you're knocking her for it, then you should check out the amount that we're seeing of lorna when they did waste your time on me on smile. that was just as bad, but i don't see people saying anything about that. anyways, frankie looked really good in her top, and it's good for her that she can at least pull that off.

my point was that she doesn't need to have sex appeal because we all obviously know she's a gorgeous girl already and she doesn't need to do that. but it was her choice. and its not like she had fat or anything, but still she looked good but she didn't need to wear something like that. (she's pretty and she knows that)

Yes she does need sex appeal!
You forget that end of the day she is a person,we are all driven by desires wether we know it or not.
She is of an age where she, however subconciously, feels the need to show herself, what is wrong with that everyone in the world does it dont they?
Looking her best and showing herself off is basically part of life, how would she attract a potential mate if she didn't?
You have to look at more in terms of the human race in general rather than just one person,we are animals (mammals) and feel the need to display ourselves just as any other animal would.

I don't really think tht top was that bad. (even tho I thought the bow was ugly...)
She's just dressing up like a 16 year-old girl, wht's wrong abt it?

geeze smallman, i can't believe your reducing frankie's clothing choice to animal instincts. i mean honestly i think we can give her the credit of actually choosing her clothes without having to resort to that. i think that maybe she just wanted to dress up a bit, and she wasn't wearing anything different than some other girls her age anyways. but reducing her choices directly down to carnal instincts is just wrong. i'm sorry.

Frankie is 16, she's sexy, she knows it, and she's comfortable with it. She can wear what ever she likes, sexy or otherwise. If I'm right, and she is appearing in FHM, she must be comfortable with her sexuality.
Frankly, all the better for those of us who will never get near her, but like to look... rock on with the low cut tops and the short (very short, great legs) skirts

Exactly... when I was in town one evening, there must have been a kiddie night in one of the clubs, because there were 12 year old kids running around in ridiculous clothes. If you think this top is revealing, you've clearly never been to busy city after about 9pm, let alone actually in a club!
Frankie wears clothes that make her look attractive, but that really shouldn't be a surprise to any one. She is a very attractive 16 year old! She's gonna want to show it off! Being in music/TV I'm sure there are people telling her how hot she is every day, and it wouldn't be remotley surprising if she enjoys that... hence the outfits.
Short skirts and showy tops are going to be everyday wear for Frankie in the current stage of her life. For those of us watching from the sidelines, it's just fortunate she's famous!
What do you think it is Very showy and stuff!
Please keep it clean
is it to far?
Don't care, it looks good on her, It looks good on everyone ^^
Noo but honest, that top was really cute, I wish I had one liek that
Hmm... you don't have to show off just because you're famous!
Look at BoA for example, she don't show off, and she's 18, neither do Hilary Duff or Lindsay Lohan... no one besides those Britney and Christina-wannabes

Frankie doesn't have to show it off... but she does!! This cannot be denied... she on occasion wears skirts that wouldn't look awful as belts ( :) ) and tops that just show herself off. It's her choice, and she often chooses to do so.
I'm amused people think that Lindsay Lohan chooses not to show herself off... she's been showing herself off since she was about 12, which was funny, because it was so ridiculous.

I thinks its good she shows herself off she has a great body so why not use it. Every other girl famous or not famout shows it off if they have it. Its the fat ones who complain cos it makes them look worse

Lindsay Lohan's sense of style is just horrendous...I've seen her nipples on multiple occasions.
Here, I repeat, the issue for me is not the fact that Frankie's shirt is low cut (although it could double as a bra if you clipped the bottom), but it is just plain ugly with that bow. If she is going to dress revealingly, she should do it tastefully.
