There is no way that he is Rochelle's Boyfriend. First of all that is an amature photo, it actually looks like something taken from a webcam.. Perhaps from one of those yahoo chat rooms, where kids seem to so that stuff.

Secondly, I hate being the "racial Profiler" but wouldnt she date a black boy? I mean i know of inter-racial relationships, because i am in one. She could date a white boy but not one that hidious..

if that really is him, she deserves better then that cheap piece of circus trash.. he looks gay anyway..

Rochelle is already mixed so I wouldn't see her or her family having a big problem with it. I'm pretty sure I saw a white momma of hers in the story. But even if that wasn't her mom, you can take a good look at her and tell that she's mixed. If she was pure African-English or whatever they call them lol, her hair would be more likely to be frizzy and afro-y when it was not straightened (although you can perm your hair to make it look curly, it's not that popular and her hair looks naturally curly). But even being mixed, she's still more likely to date a black boy.

I think there's proof that Rochelle is still dating "James" whomever he may be. On "Smile" on January, 16th at the very end of Rochelle's video diary, she says:
