Not confident

Who else here thinks that Frankie is not the most confidence speaker on the telly and sometimes makes a fool of her self doing all the actions?

I do love frankie though i was just curious

i don't think she is not confident. she certain seems to have her presence and i think she's fine. i love watching her talk on the television because she's really funny when she does the "international hand gestures" - smile...she's so funny.

I don't know about making a fool of herself! But she does giggle alot and her answers to questions are usually somewhat unclear. She needs some PR training lol, but her good looks help her get by! People see it as cute lol, or I hope they do for her sake! I don't mind it but I hope other people who are not fans do not take it a bad way. She does her best.

i think she might be a little big shy infront of the cameras. she seems confident though. i love all the hand gestures too! lol that was so funny

I've been "studying" her talking, lol... (I know, so much spare time, eh? :P) But she's got alot of hand gestures and kinda adds her own... Cuteness to her answers? Lol, I've been doing speeches in my English Studies class, and my teacher said that by giving hand gestures, it gives off more enthusaism (Sp?) while talking. Sorry if you guys didn't understand that, lol. I don't quite understand it myself.

She probably is. When you get nervous your head races and that's probably where she gets all those bouncy hand gestures from. She's quite monotone and doesn't speak clearly when she talks. I don't think she's horrible about it, but you do see her effort.

I don't think Frankie makes a fool of herself doing those cute hand gestures. She's probably nervous and it most likely a habit of hers to use her hands while talking.

i think she just gets nervous. you can tell cause she's always playing with the rings on her fingers haha. but i think it brings out her personality cause she still manages to always be so happy by laughing and smiling so. :D

Rafinalalita watch the recent Smile video with just her and Calvin. Notice how majority of the time she's like doing things to her hand.

Actually, I think she's nervous as well. But to me she seems more nervous now then when she was a kid. >.< Also her laugh now sounds like she's nervous. I don't if that's just me but i've recently gotten this problem with her laugh.

She is confident, but she is nervous. I think this is normal and it's cuter, if she was
perfect in all things.
I also think as Lauren, that she need PR training to answer questions. You see
this in the short interview after the performance 'cbbc junior great north run 25.09.04'.
Her answer to the question 'What's the show all about?' was not the best answer.

i was at that concert and i thought she did really well being on the spot...plus they only had about 20 seconds because it was live and there was loads of people to come next

the 'international hand gestures' one? haha i loved that one. she does seem a bit shy, but honestly wouldn't you be? because i know i would. you're being watched. i would do what she would do, i would play with my rings or whatever, but i love frankie! she's so funny and awesome, its so great watching her on interviews! her laugh is funny, i don't mind it.

frankie does seem really nervous answering some questions but she's been in the spotlight since she was young i think it should have already build up her confidence by now...

i think she's cofindent. and her playing with hands is just a habit, i do it all the time. her laugh sounds pretty much the same from when she was lil if you go back and listen to it, i think it's cute..it always gets me laughing. plus it's probably a lot different just it being her and calvin and not having the other 6 with them so she might not be used to the camera almost always being one her. and the hand gestures are great! lol if you look around at ur friends you'll start to notice them using hand gestures a lot more probably than you think, it's just a part of frankie! :whistle: :D

I think Frankie is pretty confident. I mean, some people have different ways of showing their confidence and Frankie shows this by her enthusiasm. Like what other people have posted already, its probably her nervousness. But i think its so cute when she's nervous! LOL :D

I use my hands when I talk, but I'm a really confident person. I heard somewhere that you talk with your hands if you're part Italian, lol. Is Frankie part Italian?
