I wouldn't put it past them if they actually HAD it on video LOL, because a Sky PPV was never done so it was never recorded. And if it was, Jive might as well sell it to MTV to play on MTV Hits because if it was released commercially it would just bomb.

i think they could do somethin for the 10 years since steps was born!...that could be great....
sing live

hope they will release that...... coz if steps into xmas was released, that would be the only chance for me to see STEPS sing the original one for sorrow and the original of if you believe live in full song ...... i also want to see the original version of deeper shade of blue... and want to see a steps concert with a different setlist, like tragedy in the begining of the show......
(coz one for sorrow in the next step live was dubbed and was of the acapella version in the first verse..... and if you believe in the gold tour was a remix only....)
by the way, even without ppv, there could still be a concert video, just like live@wembley.2000...... but even so, i know the chance of the release of this concert is extremely small......

Well the show would have been recorded but not in a professional way. Some acts record ALL their concerts anyway - Steps MIGHT have done the same, but it would only have been from the camera angles used to project the images onto the screens, so it wouldn't be a very professional video release.

live@wembley.2000.... mm... it's the most "live" steps concert vid i guess....

LoL, I was thinking the exact same thing - the first verse sounds live... but I think the rest is dubbed.

I thought Claire sounded remarkably like Faye in the 2nd verse! That's why! You would have thought for a tour they'd do something to sort that out!

I remember Lee saying they recorded everything they did.
Of course, the main reason is so that afterwards, in "notes," they can say: "Okay, you missed ___ on this, and you forgot to ___ here. And So-and-So, you did this off-step..." It's a lot easier to show it to them than to just tell them.
It would be like... Think of any tour you've been to where they've had projection screens. Now, the shots on that screen are nothing close to the shots they get in a TV version. Tours usually have 2, maybe 3 cameras for the projections; whereas they'll have *many* more to do TV; closeups, pans, everwhere.

God, I hadn't noticed that!... It's strange, it does sound like Claire, but part of it sounds like Faye too... I'm guessing that it was dubbed a bit on the video then?

VERY much so, most songs are mimed, but not as much dubbed as "S Club 7 Carnival" theres only like two little bits where they sing live and they dubbed rachels voice over jons in"you"!!!!!

I noticed that!! Even "R Dancing" and "Come On Get Together" were dubbed in places, as were all Lee's songs, so theyres obvioulsy studio versions!!
