Popstars are no strangers to using disguises to get out of being mobbed, but Joss Stone has had the er, ingenious idea of pretending to be another popstar to escape the autograph-hunters...

So says Metro, who quote the sand-gargling singer saying: "I get told I look like Heidi from the Sugagabes, so if I get hassled I tell them I'm her."

Joss reckons: "It works all the time."

Yeah very clever, Stone. But just wait until you run into a horde of rampaging Heidi fans!

I just think its weird, "Excuse me are you Joss Stone", "Ow no, im erm Heidi from the Sugababes". Yer im sure Joss doesnt get any funny looks!

I can sort of see the likeness... but still.. i woudlnt care if it was Joss or heidi I would still ask for an autograph.
