Yep it is. The girl that's beside Rochelle I think you're talking about? It's Frankie... Well, I'm pretty shure it is. She's wearing the same outfit as Frankie did, and she looks like Frankie sooo... ^_^

I don't think that's Frankie. The girl besides Rochelle is wearing something different and her hair is styled different as well..
